 JANUARY 1st

As we begin the year, let us remember that God is a God of new beginnings. He offers us fresh starts and renewed hope in every season of life.

1. God specializes in making all things new. 

2. New beginnings require faith and trust. 

3. New beginnings are opportunities for growth. 

No matter what lies behind or ahead, God’s promise of new beginnings should fill us with hope and assurance of His presence in every step.

Isaiah 43:19

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

JANUARY 2nd

In Christ, we have a living hope that renews our strength, sustains our faith, and fills our hearts with joy, no matter the circumstances. Living hope

1. Comes from God’s mercy. 

2. Is alive through the resurrection of Jesus. 

3. Strengthens and sustains us. 

Living hope in Christ is a gift that renews our perspective, anchors our soul, and points us to the endless possibilities found in God’s promises.

1 Peter 1:3

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

JANUARY 3rd

You shall have a testimony. You shall have a powerful declaration of God’s faithfulness, grace, and transformative work in your life. You shall glorify Him and encourage others.

1. A testimony points to God’s glory. 

2. Testimonies build faith in others. 

3. Every believer has a testimony. 

Our testimony is a gift from God, a tool to share His goodness and draw others closer to Him.

Revelation 12:11

They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.

JANUARY 4th

God is a just and faithful rewarder, blessing those who seek Him and live according to His will.

1. God rewards those who diligently seek Him. 

2. Rewards come through faithful service. 

3. Rewards are based on God’s grace. 

Our ultimate reward is eternal life and the joy of being in God’s presence forever, a promise that motivates us to live faithfully every day.

Hebrews 11:6

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.

JANUARY 5th 

Staying focused on God helps us navigate life’s distractions and challenges, keeping us grounded in His purpose and peace.

1. Focus on God, not the storm.  14:30).

2. Focus determines direction.  

3. Focus requires intentionality. 

When we focus on God, we find clarity, strength, and purpose, enabling us to walk faithfully and confidently in His plan.

Proverbs 4:25

Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you.

JANUARY 6th 

Every beginning is an opportunity to trust God afresh, allowing Him to guide and work through us for His glory.

1. God is the Creator of new beginnings. 

2. Beginnings require faith and trust. 

3. Every beginning has a purpose. 

As we embrace new beginnings, let us do so with hope and confidence, knowing that God is with us every step of the way.

Divine wisdom is a gift from God that enables us to make decisions aligned with His will and live a life that honors Him.

1. Divine wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord. 

2. God generously gives wisdom to those who ask. 

3. Divine wisdom brings peace and righteousness. 

As we seek divine wisdom daily, we grow in understanding, strength, and the ability to glorify God in all we do.

James 1:5

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Repentance is the key to restoring our relationship with God, turning away from sin and aligning our hearts with His will. Repentance 

1. Begins with recognizing our need for God’s forgiveness. 

2. Leads to transformation. 

3. Brings renewal and joy. 

Repentance is a gift from God, allowing us to draw closer to Him and live a life that reflects His love and holiness.

Acts 3:19

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.

God is the ultimate source of strength. He empowers us to face challenges and fulfill His purpose for our lives.

1. God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. 

2. Strength comes through waiting on God. 

3. God equips us with strength for His work. 

When we rely on God’s strength, we are empowered to endure, overcome, and achieve more than we could ever do on our own.

Psalm 28:7

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.

Faith is the foundation of our relationship with God, and He desires for it to grow and deepen as we trust Him more each day.

1. Faith increases through hearing God’s Word. 

2. Faith grows through trials. 

3. Prayer strengthens faith. 

Faith increases as we actively pursue God, trust His plans, and allow Him to work in our lives for His glory.

James 1:3-4

Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Family unity is a gift from God, built on love, understanding, and a commitment to walk together in faith.
